It was through de families Muller & Wallauer, around 1965, in Salvador do Sul, that Naturovos borned.

After more than 40 years and through several investments, Naturovos built an ample and modern structure and became one of the biggest egg exporters from Brazil. In 2007, increasing its actuation at the market, Naturovos invested on installing an industry of pasteurized eggs, with a modern project and quality control in full time. In 2008, Naturovos started with its range of powder eggs, which uses the technology Box Dryer, creating a final product with the same properties as the “in natura” egg.

These are the results of high investments in technology, infrastructure and human resources, which are the recognize characteristics of Naturovos worldwide. Nowadays, the company exports to more than 30 countries from Africa and Middle East, being the biggest producer of eggs from South of Brazil.

Naturovos takes very seriously the quality in all its produces. For your better understanding, we will present a process of quality control which we call Traceability.

All starts with the rigorous selection of the ration raw material which is consumed by our hens. The ration is monitored by our agronomists that care about the plantation of corn. This attention goes from the selection of grains until the harvest. Before discharging at the ration fabric, each raw material passes through a control of Physical chemistry analysis realized by a sample of the cargo and, in case it does not match with the weight and humid measure requested by Naturovos, they are replaced.

The ration here prepared is exclusively consumed inside Naturovos, in its aviaries. The aviaries are automatic with controlled temperature, water and feeding. The collect is also automatic, where the eggs are leaded to a prepared space, called eggs central. There, they pass through the ovoscopy, where are selected the one which does not have cracks or defects that does not match with the quality requested by Naturovos. After this process, the eggs pass through a shower with chlorate water with a temperature between 38° and 46°C and receive a spray of mineral oil. By end, the eggs are classified and packed, according size, weight and color.

Naturovos Quality System is realized by an integration of the following processes of quality control: Good Practices of Fabrication, Federal Inspection Service and Analysis of risks and critical points of control.

This rigorous quality systen follow all the productive process and guarantees that the product arrives at the consumer free of any contamination and 100% sanified.

 

 

Products from animal origin, to be commercialized, needs a Seal which liberates its for consumption, according sanitary inspection rules realized by the Federal Inspection Service.

The analysis of dangerousness and critical points of control assures the production of a safe food to the consumer health, focusing on prevent the problem and not on the final inspection of the product.

The APPCC permits verify, through a specific technical documentation, that the productive process or the handling is safe. For this, in each step of the process are made preventive actions to not occur contamination by physical agents (stones, screws), chemical (Pesticide residues, sanitizants) and biological (bacterias and fungus).

The APPCC assures that the products are elaborate without risks to the public health, that present uniform templates of identity and quality and that attend the national and international legislations, through an analysis of raw material, ingredients, process steps, employees involved on the production, ambient, storage and distribution. After identified the dangerousness and risks its elaborate a project APPCC. The dangerousness can be potential and, besides being present and possible, its risks can be low, due to the technology applied on the factory.

APPCC is a excellent way to guarantee the product quality, because it follows failures since the selection of raw material suppliers, the productions and until the arrival of the goods to the final consumer.

 

The good practices of manufacture include a complex of steps that have to be adopted by the industries of food, in order to guarantee the sanitary quality, according some general /essential requirements of hygiene for food produced for human consumption.

The federal sanitary legislation regulates these steps, in general characteristic, applicable to all kind of food industry and in specific characteristic, applicable to industries that prepare determinate food categories.

Naturovos created an own hornbook about Good practices of manufacture denominated "Manipulator Manual" and trained its employees according this rules.
